These Terms and Conditions govern your use of escorts and loves au ("we", "us", "the Site"), an adult classifieds and directory platform operated in Australia. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave now.

18+ only. The Site is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over. Accessing the Site if you are under 18, or where adult material is unlawful, is a breach of these Terms.

Advertisers must comply with Australian state and territory laws. Sex work and adult advertising laws differ across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT and ACT — including licensing, registration and advertising-content rules. You confirm that your advertisement is lawful in the state(s) you advertise in, that you hold any required licence or registration, and that you advertise of your own free will. We may remove any ad that appears unlawful.

The Site is labelled with the Restricted To Adults (RTA) meta-label so parents can block access with filtering software.

Accounts are for advertisers (models, agencies and establishments) only. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Registration is free. You must provide accurate information, including a verifiable email address, and be the person entitled to use the contact details you publish.

Creating a profile and advertising on the Site is free. We never take a commission on bookings you arrange through the Site.

Optional paid services: (a) VIP Membership — $9.99 USD per week, billed via Stripe, providing unlimited stories and "Top Escorts" featured placement; and (b) the media shop — you may sell photos and videos through your profile; the platform fee for each sale is shown to you at checkout creation, and payouts of your earnings are arranged with you directly.

You must not publish on the Site:

• content involving anyone under 18, or content that depicts or suggests minors in any way;
• non-consensual, stolen or copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use;
• content advertising unprotected sexual services, or services that are unlawful in the relevant state;
• misleading information, fake photos, or another person's identity;
• spam, malware, or links to malicious or unrelated commercial sites;
• content that incites violence, hatred, or exploitation, including trafficking.

We moderate ads and may reject, edit, suspend or remove content at any time, particularly to comply with the Australian Online Safety Act 2021 and state advertising codes.

We may ask for verification (phone, photo ID or selfie video) to confirm you are a real, consenting adult advertiser, and to display verification badges. Verification material is used only for this purpose and is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Purchases unlock photos or videos for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, share, re-sell or redistribute unlocked content. Unauthorised sharing may result in loss of access and legal action by the content owner.

If you believe content breaches these Terms, the law, or your rights (including copyright), report it via our Contact page or our DMCA notice procedure. We take reports seriously and act promptly, including emergency removal where required by the eSafety Commissioner.

The Site is a venue for advertisements. We do not arrange, endorse or guarantee any service, and we are not a party to any agreement between advertisers and users. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude liability for loss arising from interactions between users and advertisers. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
